1. How long will it take to receive my order?

For in-stock items, delivery typically takes around 7 days from the date of order. Please note that factors such as high-risk payment reviews or the use of PO box addresses may cause delays.

For customized products, the total process usually takes 4–5 weeks, which includes both production and shipping. Production time varies depending on the specific model and customization requirements. Once production is complete, we will provide you with a confirmation stage, where you can review and approve the final product before shipment. This ensures everything meets your expectations. Please note that any requested adjustments at this stage may extend the overall timeline. We offer free air shipping for most customized orders, with delivery typically taking about 1 week after dispatch.

2. What comes in the package?

Products shown in promotional images may include styling elements such as clothing, and accessories for display purposes. Actual package contents may vary depending on your selected options and customizations, however each model comes with hair and makeup included. All orders are shipped with discreet packaging to ensure your privacy.

3. Will I need to pay import duties or customs taxes?

For customers in the United States and Canada, we prepay all import duties and taxes. You will not be charged additional fees or contacted by customs authorities. If, for any reason, carriers such as UPS or FedEx request payment upon delivery, please contact us directly, as these charges should not apply to your order. For customers in other countries, import duties and taxes are generally not included. However, in some regions, we may offer the option to prepay these fees—please contact us to confirm availability.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
