TopDollX sells privacy-sensitive adult products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who receives it, how long we retain it, and how you can exercise privacy rights.

This policy applies to the TopDollX website, checkout, customer accounts, order administration, customer support, shipping, and website marketing. A connected AI, voice, application, subscription, or other third-party service may provide a separate privacy notice before activation. That separate notice governs the service's own processing.

1. Adults only

The website and products are intended only for adults aged 18 or older and for anyone who must meet a higher legal age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, use the Contact Us page and write MINOR DATA REQUEST at the beginning of the message. We will investigate and delete the information unless retention is legally required.

2. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we collect the following categories.

A. Contact and identity information

• name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• billing and shipping address;
• account login and account preferences; and
• age or identity-verification information when reasonably required for fraud, payment, import, or legal compliance.

B. Order and customization information

• products viewed, placed in a cart, purchased, returned, or claimed;
• selected model, measurements, material, appearance, custom options, and included functions;
• order number, order status, price, discount, tax, shipping, duty, and fulfillment details;
• messages concerning configuration, production, pre-shipment confirmation, or delivery; and
• information needed to confirm that a product can be lawfully shipped.

Because TopDollX sells adult products, browsing and purchase records may reveal private interests or permit sensitive inferences. We treat the nature of a customer's product selection as privacy-sensitive. We do not intentionally use product selections to infer a customer's sexual orientation, health status, or other protected trait.

C. Payment and transaction information

Payment is processed through the payment options offered at checkout, which may include debit or bank cards, credit cards, cryptocurrency, and PayPal.

Payment providers may collect a card number, bank information, PayPal credentials, wallet address, cryptocurrency transaction information, billing address, device data, and fraud signals under their own privacy notices. TopDollX receives transaction information needed to administer the order, such as provider name, transaction reference, amount, currency, payment status, risk result, and limited payment-method details.

TopDollX does not ask customers to send complete card credentials, online-banking passwords, PayPal passwords, cryptocurrency private keys, or seed phrases by email, contact form, or chat.

D. Website, device, and usage information

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• browser, device, operating system, language, and time zone;
• cookie, session, and device identifiers;
• pages viewed, links selected, search terms, cart activity, referring source, and checkout activity; and
• security, error, performance, and fraud-prevention logs.

E. Communications and support evidence

• contact-form submissions, email, support messages, reviews, survey responses, and call notes;
• order number and account-verification details;
• photographs, video, documents, and technical information submitted for a delivery, defect, missing-item, setup, or repair request; and
• records of the investigation and resolution.

Do not send unrelated personal documents, intimate images, complete payment credentials, account passwords, private keys, or seed phrases. Send only the evidence reasonably needed for the request.

F. Information from other sources

We may receive information from Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, PayPal, cryptocurrency processors, carriers, customs and logistics providers, manufacturers or fulfillment partners, analytics providers, marketing providers, and publicly available sanctions or compliance sources.

3. How we use personal information

TopDollX uses personal information to:

1. operate the website, cart, checkout, customer account, and support channels;
2. verify, accept, produce, customize, fulfill, and deliver orders;
3. process payment, refunds, tax, duty, and transaction records;
4. send order, production, confirmation, tracking, safety, policy, and service communications;
5. verify age, identity, address, payment authority, import eligibility, and fraud risk when necessary;
6. provide setup, care, repair, replacement-part, defect, and after-sales support;
7. investigate missing delivery, shipping damage, wrong-item, defect, fraud, chargeback, or legal claims;
8. secure the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve performance;
9. understand website and product performance and improve the customer experience;
10. send marketing only when permitted and provide opt-out controls;
11. comply with tax, accounting, customs, consumer-protection, sanctions, safety, court, and regulatory obligations; and
12. establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Where a law requires a legal basis, processing is based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, protection of vital interests, or consent.

4. Marketing

Marketing email is sent only when permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing message or submit a request through the Contact Us page.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop non-promotional communications required for an active order, payment, shipment, safety issue, support request, or policy change.

TopDollX does not intentionally use the intimate nature of a specific purchase to create marketing that exposes that purchase to another person using the same device, inbox, or household. Customers should still protect access to shared devices, email accounts, and browser profiles.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

TopDollX, Shopify, and approved providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• keep the website and cart functioning;
• remember preferences;
• secure checkout and prevent fraud;
• measure traffic and performance; and
• support analytics or advertising where permitted.

Strictly necessary technologies operate because the website cannot provide the requested service without them. Where consent is required for non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, those technologies should be controlled through the available website privacy controls.

You may also use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent account, cart, checkout, localization, or security functions from working. TopDollX honors a valid Global Privacy Control signal where applicable law requires it and the signal can be associated with the relevant browser or device.

Shopify may process activity across Shopify consumer services under its own privacy notices and privacy controls.

6. Who receives personal information

TopDollX discloses only the information reasonably required for the recipient's role to the following categories.

Shopify

Shopify hosts the storefront, cart, checkout, accounts, order records, and related commerce services. Shopify processes information both on TopDollX's instructions and, for some Shopify consumer services, under Shopify's own terms and privacy notice.

Payment and fraud-prevention providers

Card processors, banks, PayPal, cryptocurrency processors, wallet or network service providers, and fraud-prevention services receive information needed to authorize, settle, secure, reverse, or refund a transaction.

Production and fulfillment partners

Manufacturers and fulfillment providers receive the confirmed product, customization, order reference, and delivery information needed to produce, inspect, pack, or fulfill the order. They do not need complete payment credentials.

Carriers, logistics providers, and customs authorities

These recipients receive identity, address, contact, parcel, value, and customs information required to transport, clear, track, and deliver a shipment or investigate a delivery claim.

Technology, communications, support, analytics, and marketing providers

Approved providers may host data, deliver email, secure the website, provide customer support, measure performance, or support advertising. Their access is limited by purpose, contract, configuration, and applicable law.

Professional advisers and authorities

Accountants, auditors, insurers, lawyers, courts, regulators, law enforcement, tax authorities, and other authorities may receive information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.

Business transaction recipients

Information may be disclosed during a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.

TopDollX does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” even when no money is paid. Where such processing occurs and the law applies, you may opt out through the available privacy control, Global Privacy Control, or a privacy request.

7. International processing

TopDollX serves customers internationally and uses providers that may process information in countries other than the customer's country. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required, international transfers use a recognized legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, provider certification, or another lawful transfer basis. A transfer does not remove the rights that applicable law gives you.

8. Retention

TopDollX retains personal information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this policy, including:

• while an account, order, transaction, shipment, subscription, or support relationship remains active;
• until a claim, return, refund, chargeback, warranty, safety, or dispute period has expired or the matter is resolved;
• for the period required by tax, accounting, customs, sanctions, consumer-protection, product-safety, or other law;
• while necessary to prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or establish or defend legal claims; and
• until marketing consent is withdrawn for consent-based marketing records.

When retention is no longer justified, information is deleted, anonymized, or isolated from ordinary use. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup lifecycle. A deletion request may not cover information that must be retained for a transaction, legal obligation, fraud prevention, safety, or legal claim.

9. Security

TopDollX uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These include access control, authenticated service-provider access, encrypted transport where supported, payment-provider checkout, logging, and data-minimization practices.

No website, storage system, email, or transmission method is completely secure. Customers should use a unique account password, secure their email account and devices, avoid public or shared sessions, and contact TopDollX promptly after suspected unauthorized access.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have the right to:

• know or access personal information and receive information about its use and disclosure;
• obtain a portable copy;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete information, subject to legal exceptions;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent for future processing;
• opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising;
• limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
• appeal a denied privacy request;
• receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a right; and
• complain to a competent privacy or data-protection authority.

These rights are not absolute. TopDollX may deny or limit a request when identity cannot be verified, the request concerns another person, an exception applies, or retention is legally required. We will explain the basis for a denial when required.

11. How to submit a privacy request

Use the TopDollX Contact Us page, select Other, and begin the message with PRIVACY REQUEST. State the right you want to exercise and provide the email address associated with the account or order.

To protect customer privacy, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. We will not request a password, complete card number, cryptocurrency private key, or seed phrase.

TopDollX will acknowledge a complete request and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days after identity verification. If applicable law permits additional time and the request reasonably requires it, we will notify you before the initial period expires, explain the reason, and state the extended deadline.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and may separately verify the customer's identity. If a request is denied and applicable law provides an appeal right, submit an appeal through the same contact method and begin the message with PRIVACY APPEAL.

12. California and other U.S. state disclosures

Residents of a U.S. state with an applicable consumer privacy law may exercise the rights described above. The categories collected during the preceding 12 months are the categories listed in Section 2. The sources, purposes, and recipient categories are listed in Sections 2, 3, and 6.

TopDollX does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for a purpose that requires a right-to-limit notice unless the required control is provided.

13. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where the applicable law provides these rights, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing completed lawfully before withdrawal. Contract, tax, fraud, safety, and legal-claim records may continue to be processed on another lawful basis.

14. Third-party websites and connected features

Links, applications, payment services, social networks, AI services, voice services, subscriptions, and other third-party features are controlled by their providers. Review the provider's privacy notice before submitting information or activating a connected feature.

The TopDollX website Privacy Policy does not replace the separate notice for a connected service that independently collects voice, account, device, media, or usage information.

15. Changes to this policy

TopDollX may update this policy when practices, providers, technology, or law change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel when required.

Use the TopDollX Contact Us page for privacy questions. Select Other and begin the message with PRIVACY QUESTION or PRIVACY REQUEST. Do not include complete payment credentials, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or unrelated intimate material.
